MIZ GOLD BIOGRAPHY

Temitope Greenaway is popularly known as Miz Gold who is a songwriter, singer, artist and former dancer and was born in Oyo State Ibadan, Nigeria on the 28.09.89. She is both a Nigerian and Ghanaian artiste. She is signed onto ZOME Records International Limited. The genres of music that she sings are Dancehall/Raga and R&B.
She has released the following official promo singles;
“I Love the Way” followed by a music video which was shot in Accra
“Tinka Tinka” ft. Sugar Boi followed by music video which was shot by Patrick Ellis in Lagos.
“Diva” ft. Guru who is a Ghanaian artist and music video to be produced in Nigeria 2013.
“Take Care” which was recorded and produced in Accra Ghana.
“Kokonsa” which was recorded and produced in Accra Ghana.
“Whisper” followed by a music video which was shot in Lagos Nigeria
Her upcoming debut album ManZomi is being produced and will be released later this year. She intends to feature with a number of Nigerian, Ghanaian and Jamaican artistes in the future. She plans to be successful internationally and to create a new genre of music that blends the raw African beat with the European House and Dance music style.
2012 was a productive year. She performed at Sisse Oge Lagos, Plus FM Music Festival Accra and Trace St Remy Party Lagos. She did most of her promotions and multiple performances alongside top Ghanaian and Nigerian artists such as Wande Coal, Inyanya at the Calabar Festival and D Black on Music Music on TV3. She was also recognized in Nigeria as Best Female Dancehall Artist and nominated for the Nigeria Music Video Awards as ‘Best Video by a New Artiste’ for her music video Tinka Tinka.
2013 will be a defining year for her as she releases her debut album. The true Diva and fashionister said,” this year is going to be a year that my fans will see a different side of me that they have not seen before, such as classy music videos, crazy chique fashion styles, different hair styles, wild shoes and colorful costuming.” Nothing makes her more happy than getting comments from her fans showing their appreciation for what she is doing. The Diva uses the words in her signature ‘I love you all and love is a beautiful thing’ to her fans.
